Banana Bread Stout brings a bakery classic to your pint. Caramelised banana provides a ripe sweetness, while demerara sugar adds a touch of luxury. Made by slowly boiling sugarcane juice into a rich syrup before it crystallises into golden, slightly sticky crystals, demerara has soft notes of toffee and caramel. That raw, unrefined character adds a depth you don't get from regular sugar. A malt bill full of bread and cookie notes makes it almost feel healthy, although cocoa, coffee, and vanilla quickly remind you this isn't breakfast. Like banana bread's mischievous cousin: layered, comforting, and much better poured than sliced.
