Wrench Indulgence 24 Stout - 37.5 CL

Verwending 24 is a tropical escape in a glass. A unique blend of two barrel-aged stouts that invites you into a rich and smooth experience. Some of this indulgence is aged in Deluxe Rhum Clement Martinique 20-year-old barrels, which infuse the beer with aromas of coconut, vanilla, molasses, and hints of raisin. Subtle notes of rum and liquor add depth, like the breeze from a distant island. For the other half, the brewers used a super-thick 45 Plato Base beer, aged in Wyoming whiskey barrels, which brought with it medium tannins and a wonderfully smooth, licorice-like finish. The result is a complex, well-balanced beer with a silky, sweet body, tropical coconut, black licorice, raisen and a subtle touch of liquor, all wrapped in an aroma of molasses and rum.
