With spring on the horizon, it's time for the latest Indulgence. Crafted with immense care and aged to perfection, this blend has been meticulously selected to offer you something truly unique. Featuring an out-of-the-box grain bill and a combination of luxurious barrels, this beer will take you on a journey through various layers of aroma, taste, and complexity. The thick imperial stout base, made with spelt malts, sets the stage for a loving synergy between wood and beer. The Willett Bourbon barrels bring an aroma full of caramel and vanilla, alongside hints of coconut and oak. The Tawny port barrels add some earthiness and notes of red fruit. While the Carcavelos barrels shine with aromas of dried fruit, raisins, and tobacco leaves. The mouthfeel is thick and luxurious. Caramel and red wine flavors now take center stage, fading into dark chocolate. The oak tannins bring another layer of complexity before it ends with the warming spirit of the Willett Bourbon.
