Is there a better combination than hazelnuts and coffee? Hazelnut Cracker proves it can’t be! This Pastry Stout is loaded with hazelnuts, roasted extra dark to enhance the roasted malt base. We chose two coffees from Keen Coffee: “Naranjo” from Peru, with warm notes of dark chocolate and caramel, and “Danilo Salazar” from Costa Rica, which adds a complex layer of sweet brown sugar and fruity lychee. Mexican vanilla and Peruvian cacao nibs tie it all together. The malt gives it a rich, nutty, biscuity base. In short, it’s a flavor explosion. Let the brewers go wild!
