Well, this yeast is now more widely available and named after the goddess of fruit trees: Pomona. Combined with powerful Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Ekuanot, and Citra hops, this IPA delivers a fresh, tropical taste experience with notes of peach, citrus, and tropical fruit.
