CYCT Velocity is brewed with the brand new Pomona yeast. Remember EL-1762, the experimental yeast IPA the brewers released for our advent calendar last year? Well, it’s now more widely available and named after the goddess of fruit trees: Pomona. Combined with powerful Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Ekuanot and Citra hops, this IPA delivers a fresh, tropical flavour experience with hints of peach, citrus and tropical fruit.
