Wrench CYCT: Coupling DIPA - 44 CL

CYCT Coupling is a double IPA with a number of unique ingredients. In physics, 'coupling' means bringing different elements together to create something new and powerful. For this DIPA, the brewers used special Waimea hops from New Zealand, which give off a fresh pine forest vibe and a zesty citrus kick. Nelson Sauvin hops add notes of white wine and passion fruit, and a generous dose of Citra Cryo provides an extra refreshing touch. This DIPA is fermented with the new Pomona yeast, which binds everything together with a beautiful tropical balance. We have also adjusted our malt recipe to make this IPA taste even better.
