Wrench CYCT: Coupling DIPA - 44 CL

CYCT Coupling is a double IPA with some unique ingredients. In physics, coupling means bringing together different elements to create something new and powerful. For this DIPA, the brewers used the special Waimea hop from New Zealand, which gives off a fresh pine forest vibe and a zesty citrus kick. Nelson Sauvin hops add notes of white wine and passionfruit, and a good dose of Citra Cryo provides an extra refreshing touch. This DIPA is fermented with the new Pomona yeast, which ties everything together with a nice tropical balance. We also adjusted our malt recipe to make this IPA taste even better. What do you think?
