Bright citrus and resin provide clarity and flavour. This 6.5% WCIPA opens with mandarin-lime sorbet and soft stone fruit from hot-side Tango and Wai-iti hops. A cold-side combination of Mosaic and Idaho 7 brings blueberry, tropical fruit and a hint of pine with a dry black tea edge. Lager yeast fermentation adds a crisp finish that sharpens the resinous edge. Bright, fruity and dry, it's a fresh Blueprint release.
