Wrench Almond Ganache Bulldozer Pastry stout - 44 CL

This stout breaks the conventional boundaries with a triple mash process and rich caramel malts. What really sets this beer apart are the cocoa beans from Peru and India. The Peruvian cocoa brings rich, clean notes of warm chocolate with a creamy, round texture. The Indian cocoa, on the other hand, adds an exciting mix of spices, fruity raspberries, woody notes and even a hint of spice. For the first time, the brewers have used cocoa from Daarnhouwer, the source from which our "choco partner in crime", Krak Chocolade, gets its raw cocoa beans. In the lab of Daarnhouwer, the brewers tasted and selected different types of dried cocoa. This beer also contains 100 kilos of almonds, roasted to a darker shade for optimal flavor extraction.
