metaphor Pay In Blood Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

A mixed fermentation beer with sour cherries, aged for 18 months in oak barrels. This is a blend of different beers, aged in various red wine barrels and using multiple types of sour cherries. This one is very different from the Hier en Nu: Cherry with a different flavor profile. Cherries are such a perfect fruit that works so well in beer. This is another one of my interpretations of the classic cherry beers. The name bears the title of one of Bob Dylan's more decent songs. Na zdraví!
