A mixed fermentation beer with sour cherries, aged for 18 months in oak barrels. This is a mix of different beers, matured in different red wine barrels and using several types of sour cherries. This is very different from the Here and Now: Cherry with a different flavor profile. Cherries are such a perfect fruit that works so well in beer. This is another one of my interpretations of the classic cherry beers. The name bears the title of one of Bob Dylan's more decent songs. Na zdraví!
