This is my search for a dream beer. Inspired by traditional, old-fashioned lagers from a bygone era and the environment around us. My poetic vision for a truly refined expression of a lager with a sense of place. It was brewed only with local organic ingredients, consisting of 30% local emmer, grown on my Hare Krisna friends' farm and old heirloom barley malt.
