metaphor Discipline Equals Freedom Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

This is my quest for a dream beer. Inspired by traditional, old-world lagers from bygone eras and the environment around us. My poetic vision for a truly refined expression of a lager beer with a sense of place. It was brewed only with local organic ingredients, consisting of 30% local emmer, grown on my Hare Krishna friends' farm, and ancient heirloom barley malt.
