Spontaneously fermented cherry meadow aged in an old plantation rum barrel for 12 months. Vanilla Edition: *One Ugandan vanilla bean added to each magnum bottle* - 12 bottles made - --------------------------------------------------------------------- The mead is made without added water or yeast. It is fermented exclusively from the yeast and bacteria naturally present on the cherries. The cherries had 14 days of skin contact, before only free-run sap was collected.
