Ghost Note is a Farmhouse style ale brewed with a hint of spelt. This version of Ghost Note not only adds a "ghost note" amount of spelt to the brewing process but is also dry hopped just before bottle conditioning. You will get the same Farmhouse flavors you love from our base beer, Ghost Note, but with additional hoppy aromas that are complex and enriching.
