This time, the brewers drew inspiration from Rui, also known as UNTAppd user Rmasg, who suggested they brew an imperial stout using ingredients from his native Madeira Island. The result is pure decadence: Madeira bananas and sugarcane honey combine in a seductive medley of aromas, with buttery notes of caramelized fruit and molasses giving way to a bitter dark chocolate finish. This dense, creamy dessert bomb will knock your socks off!
