New Era Oak Cask/Ex Bordeaux Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Wine Ganzen, a New Era Oak Casks Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with an alcohol percentage of 12%. NEOC Casks are barrels that, after a careful and dedicated maturation process, are brought back to life by the best coopers in France. These were specifically Bordeaux barrels that were refurbished, re-charred, and returned to the racks with Irish Whiskey. In other words: these barrels have history in their fibers. Expect notes ranging from toasted oak, leather, light coffee, and toffee in this very delicate product that slowly matures with great care in our cellar in Sligo Town.
