Sherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Solera is our Sherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout for which the brewers had the honour, privilege, and luck to age in beautiful 500l Spanish Sherry Butts. The alcohol percentage is 11.9% and in the brewery, the brewers all had the same opinion: "This is something else". We could all pick out a number of different flavours including: warm brandy, hints of vanilla, raisins, plums, and some nutty undertones. A true treat for the palate, perfect for relaxing and meditating after dinner.
