Kismet is a barrel-aged strong ale that the brewers brewed in 2020 and then matured in bourbon barrels. Kismet is inspired by a beer that Mark homebrewed for an event at Carnivale Brettanomyces in 2018. A dark strong ale with beautifully complex flavours. On the palate, expect oak, pear, liquorice and spice on soft caramel and a hint of light chocolate.
