Lindemans BlossomGueuze 2015 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Lindemans broke through existing beer styles and developed the Botanical Lambic, a collection of old gueuzes with a twist. As the second in this series, BlossomGueuze is based on a blend of 12-month-old and 2 to 3-year-old lambic fermented in oak with elderflower. BlossomGueuze, re-fermented in the bottle, has a golden color and combines the sourness of lambic with the subtle flavors of elderflower. Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect for food pairing.
