Lervig Paragon By Rackhouse 2023 Barleywine - 37.5 CL

Paragon has become one of our flagship beers over the years. What makes our barley wine special is that it is always brewed with the exact same recipe, but each edition is unique due to a number of factors, barrel types and environmental factors to put it briefly. In 2023, the brewers used fresh, high-char Jim Beam barrels in which the beer was aged for a year. We think the result is pretty awesome and can best be described as a Kentucky hug.
