Lervig Paragon By Rackhouse 2023 Barleywine - 37.5 CL

Over the years, Paragon has become one of our flagship beers. What makes our barley wine special is that it is always brewed with the exact same recipe, but each edition is unique due to several factors, barrel types, and environmental factors, to put it simply. In 2023, the brewers used fresh, high-char Jim Beam barrels in which the beer matured for a year. We find the result quite amazing and it can best be described as a Kentucky hug.
