Barley wine aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months Paragon 2021 showcases our patient and considered approach to tending almost 60 different bourbon barrels for nearly 12 months. This edition of our distinguished Barley Wine exhibits strong notes of caramel and oak aging with hints of tobacco, fruitcake and vanilla. The finish is distinctly bourbon forward and complex with a balanced bitterness and perceived sweetness giving way to a warming 13.8% alcohol.
