Barley wine aged in bourbon barrels for 18 months Paragon 2021 demonstrates our patient and thoughtful approach, spending nearly 12 months in the care of nearly 60 different bourbon barrels. This edition of our Distinguished Garley Wine displays strong notes of caramel and oak aging with hints of tobacco, fruitcake, and vanilla. The finish is distinctly bourbon-forward and complex, with a balanced bitterness and perceived sweetness that gives way to a warming 13.8% ABV.
