La Trappe Nillis is a dark, amber-coloured Trappist beer with an off-white head. This accessible alcohol-free Trappist beer has a pleasant bitterness and a smooth malty, caramel-sweet finish. The aroma of malt and caramel blends with the fresh and fruity notes produced by the yeast and hops. Bierbrouwerij de Koningshoeven is the first in the world to launch a completely alcohol-free Trappist beer: La Trappe Nillis (0.0%). It is brewed according to an authentic recipe, using sustainable raw materials and energy sources. A portion of the proceeds goes to projects undertaken by the monks of Our Lady of Koningshoeven Abbey in Uganda.
