La Trappe Jubilaris Trappist 2017 - 75 CL

La Trappe Jubilaris is a special Trappist beer with moderate bitterness, a characteristic fruity aroma, and 6% alcohol. This unique La Trappe Trappist was specially brewed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Dom Bernardus. On August 20, 1988, at the age of 20, he took his monastic vows. Dom, derived from the Latin Dominus (which means 'Lord' in English), is a title of address for the abbot in the Trappist tradition. Dom Bernardus' favorite beers are La Trappe Dubbel and La Trappe Isid'Or. The anniversary beer (as a tribute to Dom Bernardus) therefore combines the best of both. La Trappe Jubilaris has a full, smooth, sweet, and caramel-like taste with moderate bitterness.
