Karmeliet 4pack Tripel - 33 CL

Tripel Karmeliet is still brewed according to an authentic beer recipe from 1679, originating from the former Carmelite monastery in Dendermonde. This recipe, written over 300 years ago, describes the use of three types of grains: wheat, oats, and barley. The name Tripel Karmeliet refers both to its origin and to its refermentation in the bottle. The many test brews of multigrain tripels conducted at our brewery in the 1990s demonstrate that the unique historical combination of the three grains remains the ideal blend.
