Jackie O's Brewery Double Barrel Temple Of Minerva Stout - 33 CL

A blend of imperial stouts aged for 21 months in bourbon barrels and 12 months in cognac barrels. This special batch from the Temple of Minerva was first aged in a blend of 1792 and larceny bourbon casks for 21 months and then transferred to cognac casks to rest patiently for another 12 months. This offering imbues a rich depth of flavor that bridges the gap between the two spirit casks in which it was fortunate enough to age.
