Jackie O's Brewery Double Barrel Temple Of Minerva Stout - 33 CL

A blend of imperial stouts aged for 21 months in bourbon barrels and 12 months in cognac barrels. This special batch of the Temple of Minerva was first aged in a blend of 1792 and Larceny bourbon barrels for 21 months and then transferred to cognac barrels to rest patiently for another 12 months. This offering instills a rich depth of flavor that bridges the gap between both spirit barrels it had the fortune to age in.
