Insight Cellars Congruity Cuvee 2022 Lambic/Geuze - 75 CL

Our Congruity series utilises the art of blending and collaboration to create a beer that transcends its individual elements. In May 2022, the brewers invited our esteemed friends from Bofkont and Tommie Sjef to join us in Copenhagen, bringing with them base beer from what they considered their best barrels, and the brewers contributed a special blend of our one and two year old Danish Wild Ale. A methodical blending and tasting session ensued, with the brewers eventually finding a blend that cohesively showcases the best of each of our beers. This bottle is a combination of equal parts of the blend that was aged for 16 months in Moscatel de Setúbal barrels from Portugal, and Premier Cru wine barrels from Bordeaux, France, before bottling.
