Bavo Blond is brewed according to an age-old brewing method. This natural brewing method was passed down from master to cambarri, and has been continuously improved and refined over the centuries, but also adapted to contemporary brewing possibilities. This is how the Abbey beer Bavo gets its character with a special taste and freshness, which distinguishes it from other beers. Traditionally brewed with refermentation in the bottle, unfiltered and without added sugar or artificial flavors.
