House Of Beers Eclips 2025 Stout - 33 CL

A robust 13.5 percent double mash stout, aged for ten months in Heaven Hill barrels and then blended from three different barrels. The result is a deeply layered beer with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and a warm bourbon finish. Rich, rounded, and perfectly balanced. This is our first barrel-aged project—a statement release that shows where the brewers are headed. Expect more, because this is just the beginning.
