Hill Farmstead Vera Mae Ale - 75 CL

Vera Mae was our grandfather's oldest sister; Hill Farmstead Brewery stands on the land where she and her thirteen siblings once lived. In her honor, this Farmstead® ale is brewed from Vermont-grown organic spelt, American hops, Vermont wildflower honey, dandelion flowers from our fields, our farm’s yeast, and water from our well. The result, aged in French oak wine barrels and bottled, is an elegant, luminous representation of Vermont spring: lightly tart, crisp, effervescent, and delicate—fleeting swiftly, leaving only the slightest, most pleasant memory of sunshine, warmth, and the promise of more. Best served chilled between 45-50F.
