We used our own Hertog Jan Prestige Malt Blend as a base and enriched it with various Cara Malts and roasted barley. Our brewers created a beautiful balance by combining the malty bitterness with intense aromas from the Goldings Hop. The flavors of this beer are very pronounced and delicious.
