Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is our crown jewel; the pride of the Hertog Jan brewery. This dark and heavy Hertog Jan beer uses special Hertog Jan malt: a special blend of four types of malt. This gives a rich, full flavour in which sweet and bitter can be distinguished. Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is one of the few beers that can age; its flavour will become richer over the years. After two years of aging, the taste will begin to change. After many years, the taste will be similar to that of a port wine.
