Our Grand Prestige, brewed with four different malts, is also called barley wine. In its mature, full-bodied taste, bitter and sweet are remarkably well distinguished. The taste of Hertog Jan Grand Prestige is appreciated by connoisseurs and enthusiasts far beyond our borders, as evidenced by the gold awards at various renowned beer competitions. The longer Grand Prestige is stored, the more its delicious taste develops. After a few years, the taste is reminiscent of a beautiful old port wine. Many bottles are now maturing in our cellars, some of which have been reserved. If you order such a personalized bottle, for yourself or as a gift, it can remain with us for eight years until it is picked up.
