Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla. Vanilla Benthic is so reliably delicious that the brewers keep returning year after year. We chose a wide range of wood: Willett, Weller, Russell's Reserve, Blanton's, and Buffalo Trace. We doubled the toasted coconut to enhance the aroma and match the intensity of the Madagascar vanilla. With Vanilla Benthic, a large pour is a no-brainer, producing a sandy-colored head that rises high above the jet-black stout. The combined halo effect of these decadent ingredients is smooth and enveloping. Underlying bourbon, melted chocolate ice cream, last night's fire, and tons of vanilla mingle with notes of the endless possibilities of modern, good-for-you coconut drinks. 'Nilla.
