Half Acre Orin 2024 Ale - 33 CL

Orin is a complex blend of three components matured separately for 9 months, 22 months and 34 months in various bourbon or apple brandy barrels. With no additions, the barrel, time and blend approach shapes every detail. A special nod to the 34 month component which adds considerable depth to the overall character of this blend with spirit-soaked wood present on the nose and palate. Caramel apple on a stick, chewy fig, dried plum, raisin and a sundae cherry ride on a dark undercurrent of molasses and toffee. Orin arrives as the brewers reach for a blanket and a fine ale to enjoy the earlier moonrise.
