Bourbon & Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla. 2025 Immortal enjoys 19-year Old Fitz, 8-year Wild Turkey, and 10-year Russell Reserve and Apple Brandy barrels with varied residency for up to three years before a smaller addition of our hand-toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla is added. When poured, a burnt umber collar dissipates into a distiller's showcase of woody, bourbon, and apple snuff surprise. On the first sips, the coconut and vanilla are present, but it's an oak show, whiskey caramel apple pie with an autumnal hellraiser.
