Bourbon & Apple Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Toasted Coconut and Madagascar Vanilla. 2025 Immortal is aged in 19-year-old Old Fitz, 8-year-old Wild Turkey, and 10-year-old Russell Reserve and Apple Brandy barrels, each aged for up to three years, before a smaller addition of our hand-toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla is added. Pouring, a burnt umber head disappears into a distiller's display case, revealing woody, bourbon, and apple sniffing surprises. First sips reveal coconut and vanilla, but it's an oaky, whiskey-caramel-apple pie, autumnal hellraiser.
