Weizen comes from Bavaria; the word means wheat. It has a beautiful cloudy white color, a fresh, slightly bitter taste, and a brilliantly smooth finish. Connoisseurs will likely taste notes of banana, lemon, and cloves. The barley, wheat, and hops all come from our own region and are organic, too. How wonderful is that?
