This Gulden Draak Cuvée Prestige has matured for no less than 17 weeks in authentic port barrels, originating from the famous Douro Valley in Portugal. The maturation in these barrels harmonizes the intense flavor layers and aromas of the port with the rich, dark notes of Gulden Draak. Port is known for its deep red, robust flavors of ripe red fruit, dried figs, honey, and subtle oak tones. During maturation, the Gulden Draak absorbs these aromas, resulting in a deep, layered taste with a velvety smooth finish.
