A golden ale matured in wine casks with Orange Muscat grape juice, Brasserie Blanc has an aroma of semi-sweet Muscat grapes and a delicate body. A hint of tartness is softened by a dry finish provided by the Brettanomyces yeast, resulting in a flavour profile reminiscent of wild fermented ales from the Old World.
