Gin Weizen is a Wheat beer with Gin botanicals. This is a 6% beer, with a lot of barley and wheat malt. Pleasantly sweet and fresh. The unique taste comes from the gin botanicals (juniper berries, orange peel, and coriander seeds) that are added to the beer.
