Galway Bay Diving Bell 2021 Barleywine - 50 CL

Diving Bell is the flagship of the Scottish Wee Heavy. This is the third vintage for this sweet and boozy sipper. A beer that perfectly suits the stormy days and nights endured by the brewers in Galway. Brewed with a base of Scotland's finest Golden Promise malt, a heap of crystal malt, and a touch of roasted barley. Followed by a long, cool fermentation with Scottish ale yeast before being transferred to Nicaraguan rum barrels where it rested for 2 years and 1 month. This vintage is silky smooth with an enormous sweet rum character, supported by a beautifully delicate base. To be enjoyed now or cellared cold.
