Galway Bay Counting Off The Days (BA) 2021 Stout - 50 CL

Barrel-aged imperial stout. In February 2020, the brewers brewed four of the largest mashes ever at Galway Bay to collect a full tank of super high gravity wort. This All-Malt 33 Plato Stout is the largest beer the brewers have made to date. Dressed in a steel tank for 1 year before aging for another 9 months in Bourbon & Rum Barrels. This decadent stout has chocolate, cocoa and finishes with a kiss of salted caramel. Bottled December 2021. Drink fresh or age cold.
