Galway Bay Counting Off The Days (BA) 2021 Stout - 50 CL

Barrel-aged imperial stout. In February 2020, the brewers brewed four of the largest mashes ever in Galway Bay to collect a full tank of super-high gravity wort. This All-Malt 33 Plato Stout is the largest beer the brewers have ever made. It was aged in a steel tank for one year before being aged for a further nine months in Bourbon & Rum Barrels. This decadent stout boasts rich chocolate, cocoa, and a hint of salted caramel. Bottled in December 2021. Drink fresh or age cold.
