Galway Bay Boulevardier 2022 Barleywine - 50 CL

Boulevardier is a barrel-aged Barleywine, brewed with our good friends Browar Stu Mostów from Wrocław, Poland. In April 2018, the brewers brewed a double mash of Barleywine wort, which was boiled for several hours, fermented long and cool before being aged in selected Bourbon and Vermouth barrels. From those original 2018 barrels, the brewers have now blended 4-year-old Barleywine from those vermouth and bourbon barrels with a portion of young Barleywine for a fresh, hoppy kick of citrus. This harmonious 2022 blend is reminiscent of the flavors of one of our favorite cocktails, the Boulevardier
