Galipette Brut Cider - 33 CL

GALIPETTE BRUT. Delightfully dry to medium-dry, it strikes a perfect balance between acidity and tannins, dryness and sweetness, and between old and new ciders. Its unique blend balances all four styles of cider apple: bitter, bittersweet, sweet, and sharp, in varieties like Marie Ménard, Kermerrien, and Judor. They come from traditional orchards near the Rance River in the Côtes-d'Armor in northern Brittany; this is a cider true to its roots, and to ours. Slowly fermented to a moderate strength, it has a delicious harmony of earthy aromas and vibrant flavors. Enjoy this tangy unwinder as is or discover its food-friendly nature with lightly spiced food.
