GALIPETTE EXTRA BRUT is primarily made from bittersweet Breton cider apples. It possesses an unusually bold and intense character that naturally varies with the seasons. This Cuvée du Maître de Chai, or cellar master blend, uses up to fifteen varieties sourced from the orchards of Brittany, such as Marie Ménard, Dous Moën, and Bedan, which give it the perfect character, color, and balance. The extra-long fermentation here is not the quickest way to make cider, but it naturally preserves the structure and length of flavor, with a higher alcohol content. The result is true to the bold Breton cider style, with its earthy tannins and full-bodied taste.
