G | Brouwerij Side Project Brewing – Single Thread (2023)

Single Thread is our yearly release exclusively for our La Coterie members. For the 2023 blending, we chose to entwine threads of Oude Fermier fermented on Marionberries which was then blended in a Bière de Coupage style with a younger Missouri Saison. Single Thread was aged an extended period of time in the bottle before we felt it was ready to share with you.
