'Pineapple Express' is our version of a Belgian Witbier with a modern twist. The addition of pineapple puree enriches the traditional White beer flavours such as citrus and herbs with tropical juiciness. The result is a perfectly balanced beer with a symphony of tropical sweetness from overripe pineapple and the subtle spices of Belgian yeast. With a light to medium body and a moderate alcohol percentage of 5.2% the beer remains fresh and malleable.
