We’re back for another year, bringing you our annual barrel-aged Mexican Imperial Stout with the addition of cocoa, vanilla, and chili peppers. Expect deep chocolate and roasted malt notes complemented by creamy vanilla sweetness. The chili peppers add layers of smoky, earthy, and subtle spice, balanced by the stout’s natural sweetness. Barrel aging introduces warmth and depth, with caramel and oak from the Bourbon barrels, subtle spice from the French Whiskey barrels, and maple syrup sweetness from the Maple barrels.
