Deer Hunter BA 2024 is a robust Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Stout that has been matured in Plum Whiskey, Jamaican Rhum, and French Whiskey barrels. The aging process enhanced the complexity of Deer Hunter by adding layers of fruitiness, sweetness, and spiciness, while the bitterness of the roasted malts, coffee, and dark chocolate were rounded out with a rich barrel-aged smoothness.
