This year's release is a blend of Dark Star bourbon barrels aged for 24, 18, 12, and 8 months in 7-12 year-old Kentucky bourbon barrels. The roasted and chocolate malts complement the soft oats, creating a robust delight wrapped in the gentle embrace of bourbon barrel-aged warmth. A touch of sweetness dances in balance with the hops, finishing with a wave, and then it's gone. 2 rows of pale, roasted barley, crystal 60, chocolate and carafe 2 malts with oat flakes and willamette, Columbus and cascade hops
