An Exclusive Blend of Barrel-Aged Barleywine Ale 15th Anniversary Barleywine Ale is a blend of 18 and 30-month-old barleywine aged in Heaven Hill® bourbon barrels. ABV: 15.4% IBU: 25 Color: Hazy, Ruby Brown Aroma: Strong oak character. Caramel, toffee, brown sugar, molasses, and vanilla, dried fruit, nutty aromas, and whiskey. Taste: Mildly sweet, gentle bitterness, subtle umami, and moderately lingering sweetness. Medium-bodied, some tingling carbonation, a distinct alcohol burn, some astringency, and mildly luscious.
