Decoction mashed, hopped with noble Saaz and patiently left for six weeks to bring out its crisp and clean perfection. Pilsner Malt creates a light, balanced body, while the extended lagering smooths everything out. Saaz Hops does the rest, delivering delicate floral, herbaceous, and spicy notes with just the right amount of bitterness to keep things refreshing. It's unfiltered, deeply satisfying, and well worth the wait.
