Folkingebrew New Territory American IPA - 44 CL

It's time for a real IPA! ;-) This is a collaboration with Seven Island Brewery, a renowned Greek brewery that knows hops inside and out. They've built a reputation on big, expressive IPAs, so collaborating felt like a no-brainer and had actually been in the works for a long time. New Territory is an American IPA (7% ABV) with classic West Coast vibes with a fresh twist, and it's definitely new territory for us on our brewing journey! Centennial and Chinook bring that familiar pine bitterness up front, while Simcoe in the whirlpool adds citrus zest and a touch of dampness. A dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook layers in bright grapefruit and ripe mango. It's crisp, dry, and leaves just the right amount of bite. The malt bill (Pilsner, Pearl Pale Ale, Chit Malt, and Carapils) keeps the body light and crisp, while WHC LAX yeast keeps the hops in the spotlight. Like the open landscapes of the Old West, new territory is bold, unfiltered, and ready to be explored.
